1. Introduction

Clause 1

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and idr45 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://idr45.click and any associated sub-domains or applications (collectively the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total of deposited funds and credited bonuses held in an Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by idr45 subject to specific terms.
• "Deposit" — any transfer of real money from a Player's verified payment method to the Player's Account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before certain Account functions are enabled.
• "MYR" or "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency displayed for eligible Malaysian Players on idr45.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus or Deposit must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of eligible funds from an Account Balance to a Player's verified payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum applies regardless of any lower age threshold that may be permitted under local legislation. idr45 enforces age verification through KYC procedures and reserves the right to request documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds dealt with in accordance with applicable regulations and our internal policies.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

By accessing idr45, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is complex, and that they alone bear responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws. idr45 does not claim approval, endorsement, or regulation by any Malaysian government body, including Bank Negara Malaysia.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one Account only. Using multiple Accounts, or allowing another person to access or operate your Account, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Balances.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep such information updated. idr45 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent — to verify details provided.

4. Registration and Account Security

Clause 4

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. All transactions and wagers placed under your Account credentials are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you.

idr45 may implement multi-factor authentication or additional security layers at its discretion. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us promptly through the support channel and change your credentials immediately.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idr45 may support the following Malaysian payment methods, subject to account eligibility and provider availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, credit and debit cards, and selected digital assets including USDT. Availability may vary.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated without prior notice. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions are subject to the same account-level limits.

5.3 Currency and Exchange

Where accounts are denominated in MYR, all displayed Balances, wagers, and payout figures will be shown in Malaysian Ringgit. If a transaction is processed in another currency, any applicable conversion and fees are disclosed prior to confirmation.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method registered in the Player's own name. KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary by method and may be subject to additional security review. idr45 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory verification.

5.5 Player Funds

Player funds are held under operational procedures designed to maintain separation between Player Balances and general company funds where required by the applicable regulatory framework. idr45 does not pay interest on Account Balances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Clause 6

Bonus offers are made at the sole discretion of idr45. Each offer carries specific terms including, without limitation, a wagering requirement, eligible game categories, minimum deposit threshold, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap. These terms are stated at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement upon acceptance.

idr45 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to void bonus winnings where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated play, or by exploiting technical errors. No Player may claim a welcome bonus more than once across related accounts.

7. Gameplay, Betting Rules and Disputes

Clause 7

Betting markets, game mechanics, stake limits, and payout rules are governed by product-specific rules published on the Platform. Where a conflict exists between a product rule and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the product rule explicitly addresses the specific circumstance.

Sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events followed by Malaysian players, may be suspended, voided, or settled differently from initial expectations in accordance with standard industry practice and specific sporting body determinations (e.g., match abandonment, score correction).

If a Player believes a settlement or technical error has affected a wager, a dispute must be submitted in writing to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant event. idr45 will review disputes within a reasonable period, and its decision will be final subject to any applicable regulatory recourse.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Clause 8

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or impersonated registration information.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, misfeed prices, or technical glitches.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of advantage play that violates sporting integrity.
• Attempting to launder money or use idr45 for any illicit financial purpose.
• Using a payment method belonging to or registered under a third party's name.
• Abusing the complaints process or threatening staff members.

9. Intellectual Property

Clause 9

All content on the idr45 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of idr45 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or commercialise any part of the Platform without express written authorisation from idr45.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clause 10

idr45 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idr45 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

idr45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical interruptions, or payment delays. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all wagers are placed at your own discretion and risk.

11. Responsible Gambling

Clause 11

idr45 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players may request deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion through the support process. These tools are designed to help players maintain control and are available to all Account holders aged 21 and above.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

Clause 12

idr45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraud, money laundering suspicion, or regulatory obligation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the applicable dormancy policy.
• Request by a competent authority or court.

Where an Account is closed by the Player, any eligible real-money Balance (excluding pending bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on record, subject to verification completion and applicable hold periods.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idr45 holds its operating authorisation. Malaysian users acknowledge that domestic courts may not have jurisdiction over the operator, and that disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process specified in the applicable licensing framework.

Players are encouraged to raise concerns through the idr45 support process in the first instance. idr45 will attempt to resolve all reasonable complaints within a defined response period. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the applicable licensing framework may provide an escalation route.

14. Amendments

Clause 14

idr45 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
